Tiny Bakery ("Oyun"), 2–10 yaş çocuklar için tasarlanmış bir fırın oyunudur. Oyunun geliştiricisi denizsengul'dur ("biz"). Bu politika, Oyun'un hangi bilgileri neden işlediğini ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki aydınlatma yükümlülüğümüzü açıklar.

Çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz

Oyun çocuklardan ad, doğum tarihi, e-posta, fotoğraf, ses, konum veya iletişim bilgisi istemez ve toplamaz. Sohbet, kullanıcılar arası paylaşım ve sosyal ağ özellikleri yoktur. İlk açılışta yalnızca yaş aralığı sorulur (örneğin 5–7). Bu bilgi oyunun zorluğunu ayarlamak için kullanılır ve cihazda kalır; bir ebeveyn hesap açarsa oyun ilerlemesiyle birlikte bulut kaydına da yazılır.

Cihazda tutulan bilgiler

Oyun ilerlemesi cihazınızda, uygulamanın özel klasöründe saklanır: kazanılan yıldızlar ve jetonlar, yapılan tatlılar, görevler ve ayarlar. Kayıtları ayırt etmek için rastgele üretilmiş bir kurulum kimliği kullanılır. Bu kimlik bir kişiyle veya cihazla ilişkilendirilmez.

İsteğe bağlı ebeveyn hesabı

Bir ebeveyn dilerse, ebeveyn kapısının arkasındaki Büyükler bölümünden e-posta ile, iOS'ta Apple ile veya Android'de Google ile hesap açabilir. E-posta adresi ve şifre (ya da Apple veya Google'ın verdiği hesap kimliği; Google ile girişte e-posta adresi ve ad) Google tarafından sağlanan Firebase Authentication hizmetinde işlenir. Oyun ilerlemesi, cihazlar arasında taşınabilmesi için Firebase Cloud Firestore'da (Avrupa Birliği, europe-west1) saklanır. Hesap uygulama içinden silinebilir: Büyükler › Hesap › Hesabı sil. Silme işlemi bulut kaydını ve hesabı kalıcı olarak kaldırır. Uygulama yüklü değilse hesap silme sayfası kullanılabilir.

Abonelik

Premium abonelik Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Abonelik durumu RevenueCat hizmetiyle doğrulanır. Bunun için anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma bilgisi işlenir; cihaz tanımlayıcısı toplanmaz.

Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde, yalnızca bir tarif tamamlandıktan sonraki molalarda reklam gösterilebilir. Reklamlar çocuklara uygun, bağlamsal ve kişiselleştirilmemiştir. Reklam kimliği (IDFA, Android reklam kimliği) kullanılmaz ve izleme yapılmaz. Android'de Google AdMob ve AdMob üzerinden Google Play Families programında sertifikalı ortakları (ör. Unity Ads, Kidoz), iOS'ta Kidoz kullanılır. Reklam ağı, reklamı göstermek ve ölçmek için IP adresi ve temel cihaz bilgileri gibi verileri işler. Premium aboneler reklam görmez.

Reklamlar mağaza hesabınızın ülkesine göre belirlenir (konum veya IP adresine göre değil). Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklam gösterilmez ve reklam yazılımı başlatılmaz. Türkiye'de reklamlar yalnızca bir ebeveyn, ebeveyn kapısının arkasında açıkça izin verirse gösterilir; bu izin Büyükler › Ayarlar › Çocuk dostu reklamlar bölümünden her zaman geri alınabilir.

Bildirimler ve istatistikler

Hatırlatma bildirimleri ve anonim kullanım istatistikleri varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Yalnızca bir ebeveyn ayarlardan açabilir. İstatistikler, önceden belirlenmiş oyun olaylarını (örneğin "tarif tamamlandı") rastgele kurulum kimliğiyle Google Analytics'e iletir. Kişisel bilgi içermez.

Hukuki sebep ve haklarınız (KVKK)

Ebeveyn hesabı verileri, hesabın açılması ve sürdürülmesi için sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası sebebine (KVKK m.5/2-c) dayanır. İsteğe bağlı istatistikler ve Türkiye'deki reklamlar (yurt dışındaki reklam ağına aktarım dahil) açık rızaya dayanır (KVKK m.5/1 ve m.9). KVKK m.11 kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Tiny Bakery (the "Game") is a baking game designed for children aged 2 to 10, developed by denizsengul ("we"). This policy explains what the Game processes and why. It is written to meet COPPA, the GDPR's rules for children and Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

We do not collect personal information from children

The Game never asks children for, or collects, their name, birth date, e-mail, photos, voice, location or contact details. There is no chat, no sharing between users and no social features. At first launch the Game only asks for an age range (for example 5–7), which adjusts the difficulty and stays on the device; if a parent creates an account it is also part of the cloud save with the game progress.

Information kept on the device

Game progress is stored in the app's private storage on your device: stars, coins, treats made, missions and settings. A randomly generated install ID tells saves apart. It is not linked to any person or device.

Optional parent account

A parent may create an account with e-mail, with Apple on iOS or with Google on Android in the grown-ups' area, behind the parental gate. The e-mail address and password (or the account ID given by Apple or Google; with Google also the e-mail address and name) are processed by Firebase Authentication (Google). Game progress is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore (European Union, europe-west1) so it can move between devices. The account can be deleted in the app (Grown-ups › Account › Delete account), which permanently removes the cloud save and the account. Without the app, use the account deletion page.

Subscription

Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see payment details. The subscription status is verified with RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous app user ID and purchase information; device identifiers are not collected.

Advertising

In the free version, ads may be shown only at breaks after a recipe is finished. Ads are child-appropriate, contextual and not personalised. No advertising identifier (IDFA, Android Advertising ID) is used and no tracking takes place. On Android the Game uses Google AdMob with Google Play Families certified partners through AdMob (for example Unity Ads and Kidoz); on iOS it uses Kidoz. To show and measure ads, the ad network processes data such as the IP address and basic device information. Premium members see no ads.

Ads depend on the country of your store account (not on location or IP address). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland no ads are shown and no ad software is started. In Türkiye ads are shown only after a parent explicitly agrees behind the parental gate; the consent can be withdrawn at any time in Grown-ups › Settings › Child-safe ads.

Notifications and statistics

Reminder notifications and anonymous usage statistics are off by default and can only be switched on by a parent in the settings. Statistics send a fixed list of game events (for example "recipe completed") to Google Analytics with the random install ID and no personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete data, or object to processing. Deleting the parent account in the app deletes its data. For any request, contact us at support@denizsengul.com.
