Kullanım Koşulları

Tiny Bakery'yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyun çocuklar içindir; abonelik ve hesap işlemleri ebeveyn veya yasal vasi tarafından yapılmalıdır.

Lisans

Size Oyun'u kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunun karakterleri, görselleri, sesleri ve kodu geliştiriciye aittir.

Premium abonelik

• Premium aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Uygun kullanıcılar için 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir.
• Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Deneme varsa ödeme deneme süresinin sonunda alınır.
• Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece kendiliğinden yenilenir.
• Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Kullanılmayan deneme süresi satın alma yapıldığında sona erer.
• Fiyatlar mağaza tarafından bölgenize göre gösterilir. İadeler mağaza politikalarına tabidir.

Apple kullanıcıları

iOS'ta bu koşulların yanında Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi geçerlidir.

Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

By downloading or using Tiny Bakery you agree to these terms. The Game is made for children; subscriptions and accounts must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.

Licence

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game's characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to the developer.

Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Eligible users may be offered a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one applies.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a purchase is made.
• Prices are shown by the store for your region. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Apple users

On iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
